Description
This course is designed to provide a complete overview of Nadcap requirements related to the Coatings audit and is presented by experienced Instructors, experts in Nadcap Coatings requirements.
An important aspect of the course is the opportunity to ask questions, at any time and on any subject related to Nadcap Coatings audit. The course will always address the current version of each checklist. Where revisions have been confirmed but not yet implemented the instructor will describe and clarify any significant changes.

Content:
- During an Audit
– Describes what happens during a Nadcap audit. - Review of Checklist/Checklist Supplements
– Clarifies the requirements of each section of the checklists, down to individual questions where appropriate, includes information on frequently found problems as well as explanations of current requirements and interpretations from the Nadcap Chemical Processing Task Group. - Preparation for an audit
– Describes the planning needed during the six months before the audit. Includes details of actions that must be taken, such as completing a pre-audit and sending advanced information to the auditor. - Nonconformance Reports (NCRs)

About the Trainer:
Mr William Lee, Consultant, PRI
William is an independent consultant in the aerospace industry; a Nadcap Lead Auditor and a Welding & Coatings trainer based in Singapore. He has extensive training in Aeronautical Engineering and holds a Master Degree in Strategic Quality Management. (University of Portsmouth) He has expertise and extensive experience in Aerospace Quality Systems and Process Management. He formerly served as Quality Assurance Manager at various Maintenance and Repair Overhaul facilities in Singapore with accreditation to FAA, EASA, CAA UK, CAA Singapore, CAA China, DCA Malaysia, DGCA India, ISO and Nadcap.
William has performed newly facilities setup in aerospace companies in Singapore at International Aerospace Tubes Asia and Sembawang Aviation and Span Aviation in India; Consultation work for Hical Technologies in Bangalore, India and Quality Management System write-up meeting CCAR-145 regulation requirements in SRT Malaysia.
