Application of Shisa Kanko

Description

The most common cause of accidents or industrial incidents is often attributed to human error. As much as using advanced technologies or devices, invest in trainings, repeated “reminders” to do the right thing, it is almost impossible to eliminate human error so long as there is human involvement in the process.

This 2 day program is designed to answer the all-important questions about Shisa Kanko. Participants will learn the best practices and techniques to develop a point and call system, and understand what it takes to work towards error proofing when doing a simple task. Participants will also get the opportunity to apply the techniques learnt and discover where point and call would be suitable in their current work environment.
