ISO 14067 Carbon Footprint of Products: CFP Quantification & Communication

Description

ISO 14067 Carbon Footprint of Products: Requirements & Guidelines for Quantification & Communication Course allows the participants to understand how to implement a systematic framework for carbon footprint of products (CFP) study in which organisations drive continual improvement, using a risk-based approach. The course would also help internal and external auditors to understand important aspects in communication and verification of a CFP study.

ISO 14067 builds largely on the existing ISO standards which specifies principles, requirements and guidelines for the quantification and communication of the carbon footprint of a product (CFP). Customers, consumers and shareholders are increasingly concerned with the environmental impact of the activities, products and services they are engaged in. This may be seen as a challenge, but it is also an opportunity.

Carbon footprint verification from ISO 14067 enables organizations to demonstrate environmental responsibility, stand out from the competitions and demonstrate to the existing and potential customers of its commitment. Organisations can demonstrate its commitment to reducing the impact of its daily operations on the environment with carbon footprint analysis based on ISO 14067 standard.
