ISO 14067 Carbon Footprint of Products: Requirements & Guidelines for Quantification & Communication Course allows the participants to understand how to implement a systematic framework for carbon footprint of products (CFP) study in which organisations drive continual improvement, using a risk-based approach. The course would also help internal and external auditors to understand important aspects in communication and verification of a CFP study.
ISO 14067 builds largely on the existing ISO standards which specifies principles, requirements and guidelines for the quantification and communication of the carbon footprint of a product (CFP). No specific education or practical experience is required.
However, previous exposure to management system like ISO 14001 and ISO 14064 will be an added advantage. The course shall cover communication requirements of carbon footprint; hence previous experience in auditing (either internal or external) in any management systems is essential.
This training course is highly interactive with extensive participant involvement. Combining discussions necessary to provide the knowledge and principles of ISO 14067 and exercises for the practical application of the basic principles, participants will gain the necessary skill sets for ISO 14067.
