Description

This is a comprehensive welding knowledge and application training programme designed especially for the aerospace manufacturing industry. The course covers all fundamental and essential aspect in the understanding and utilisation of the welding process in accordance with aerospace industry standards and requirements. It provides guidance and important information of how this special process technique could be properly and effectively carried out, with regards to process/technique development, procedural development, competency in operation, process control, quality assurance and personnel qualification requirement.

The course would also equip attendees for proficiency and competency in meeting Nadcap Accreditation training requirement.

Platform:

In-person classroom, participants can opt for hybrid classroom (via MS Team) if they are unable to attend in-person.

About the Trainer:

Mr William Lee

William is an independent consultant in the aerospace industry; a Nadcap Lead Auditor and a Welding & Coatings trainer based in Singapore. He has extensive training in Aeronautical Engineering and holds a Master Degree in Strategic Quality Management. (University of Portsmouth) He has expertise and extensive experience in Aerospace Quality Systems and Process Management. He formerly served as Quality Assurance Manager at various Maintenance and Repair Overhaul facilities in Singapore with accreditation to FAA, EASA, CAA UK, CAA Singapore, CAA China, DCA Malaysia, DGCA India, ISO and Nadcap.

William has performed newly facilities setup in aerospace companies in Singapore at International Aerospace Tubes Asia and Sembawang Aviation and Span Aviation in India; Consultation work for Hical Technologies in Bangalore, India and Quality Management System write-up meeting CCAR-145 regulation requirements in SRT Malaysia.
