NDT Level II – Magnetic Particle Inspection Applications for Aerospace Manufacturing Qualification

Description

This is a comprehensive magnetic particle inspection knowledge and application training programme designed especially for the aerospace manufacturing industry. The course covers all fundamental and essential aspect in the understanding and utilisation of the penetrant inspection process in accordance with aerospace industry standards and requirements. It provides guidance and important information of how this special process technique could be properly and effectively carried out, with regards to aerospace industry standards and requirements, competency in inspection, process control, quality assurance and personnel qualification requirements. 

This programme includes 8 hours of practical training with actual practical on process controls, inspection and evaluation of discontinuities. 

The course would also equip attendees for proficiency and competency in meeting NAS410 & Nadcap Accreditation training requirements.

Mr Ho Keng Lee

Keng Lee has more than 45 years of experience in Special Process and Quality in the aerospace industry with a leading US Fortune 500 MNC in Singapore. He is also the company’s Responsible NDT Level 3 in PT, MT, UT & RT. Vast experience in Nadcap processes having led Nadcap accreditations for 5 commodities for his company. Have also audited suppliers all over Asia Pacific in NDT & Special Processes as well as help to develop suppliers and preparation for Nadcap and AS9100 audits.
