Refund Policy

Full fees are refundable provided written notification is received 14 days before course commencement, and 50% of the fee is refundable if notification is received within 14 days preceding course commencement. After which there will be no refund. Written notice of substitutions may be made at any time.

Rescheduling / Cancelling of Courses

AAIS reserves the right to re-schedule or cancel any course due to unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to inform the registered participants of the changes.

Copyrights

All participants acknowledge that the intellectual property rights (including without limitation the trademarks and copyright) in or arising out of or in connection with the training, including any associated training materials, shall remain the property of the organisers or their licensor(s).

The participant has the right to solely use the training materials for purposes of receiving the training, and for personal academic use. The participants and the organisation the participants are representing may not

(a) Record the training in any way;

(b) Reproduce, scan or copy, alter, modify, translate (in each case, whether in whole or in part) the training materials except for the sole purpose of completing the training;

(c) Allow the training materials (whether in whole or in part) to be reproduced, scanned, copied, combined with or become incorporated into any other materials;

(d) Commercially exploit the training materials in any way;

(e) Sublicense the training materials to any third party,

(f) Use the training materials for the benefit of any other persons.
